Department of Social Services Manual of Policies and Procedures (MPP) includes the Food Stamp Manual cited as MPP §§ 63-000 et seq.).
The online PDF version of the regulations is not indexed. Each chapter, 100 through 1100, deals with a topic. DSS has divided the regulations into 50-75 page blocks so they can be downloaded quickly. You will find a detailed Table of Contents before each major chapter. Unfortunately, each chapter's beginning does not always coincide with the beginning of one of the blocks below; e.g., Chapter 200 does not begin until page 51 of the block containing Sections 63-100 through 63-207.
The Food Stamp Act of 1977 requires annual cost-of-living adjustments to allotments, eligibility standards and certain deductions. These COLAs are effective from October 1 to September 30. DSS sends the annual updates in August via All County Letter. The latest ACL is listed at the end of the Food Stamp regulations below.
