New FAST Users

Note: This download is for those who are not currently using FAST.

1. Download F.A.S.T. 2009-2010
2. Right click on the FASTFull20092010.zip file to extract the FAST files
3. Double-click on FoodStampsMaster2000.mdb to begin using

Registration Required For New Users: You will need the password to begin using FAST. Registration is required in order to ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of the FAST tool. Rules and regulations for the Food Stamp Program often change, and it is essential that you are informed of these changes. Register and receive your password now.

Upgrade for Current FAST Users

1. Download the F.A.S.T. Updater for 2009-2010 Users.
2. Right click on the FASTUpdate20092010.zip file to extract the FAST files
3. Replace your existing FoodStampsMaster2000.mdb with the new one.
4. Begin using.
