Download the New 2007-08 F.A.S.T.

The new edition of the Food stamp Application and Screening Tool (F.A.S.T.) is now available. New features include:

• 07-08 income guidelines
• New Super FAST option for quick screening - download a guide to SuperFAST
• Electronic delivery capability.

To download or upgrade FAST, you will need approximately 15 minutes.

New FAST Users

1. Download F.A.S.T. 2007-2008
2. Right click on the FAST20072008.zip file to extract the FAST files
3. Double-click on FoodStampsMaster2000.mdb to begin using FAST

Registration Required For New Users: You will need the password to begin using FAST. Registration is required in order to ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of the FAST tool. Rules and regulations for the Food Stamp Program often change, and it is essential that you are informed of these changes. Click here to register and reciev your password now.

 

Upgrade for Current FAST Users

1. Download the F.A.S.T. Updater for 2006-2007 Users.
2. Right click on the FASTUpdate20072008.zip file to extract the FAST files
3. Replace your existing FoodStampsMaster2000.mdb with the new one
4. Open the Convert710.mdb and point it to your existing FoodStampsData2000.mdb file
5. Close the converter and begin using FAST
