I. The Food and Nutrition Outreach Committee of California (FANOut) is a statewide effort with the sole purpose of improving the FSP participation rate in the state. The California Association of Food Banks, California Food Policy Advocates and California Hunger Action Coalition use education and advocacy as a key strategy to increase California's Food Stamp Program participation rate.
